Your journal stays with you

Journal entries, saved events, drafts, Sudoku progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. Interval does not upload them, operate an account sync service or receive your entries. Device backups may contain app data according to your Apple settings. Deleting the app or clearing its data may remove your entries.

Subscriptions

Apple processes payments. The app uses verified purchase information on your device to unlock Pro. We do not receive your card details. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.

Optional newsletter

If you submit the newsletter form, your email address is sent to Buttondown for Interval’s occasional newsletter and subscription confirmation. Subscription is optional and separate from Pro. Unsubscribe using the link in each email. Contact us to request deletion or access to your newsletter information. See Buttondown’s privacy policy.

Calendar updates and external links

The app requests public event selections from Cloudflare. Hosting providers may process technical request data, including IP addresses and user agents, to deliver and secure the service. Journal content is never included in these requests. Opening Details takes you to the event provider, whose privacy policy applies.

No advertising tracking

Interval does not include advertising SDKs or track you across other apps and websites. We do not sell your journal or newsletter information.

Your choices

You can use the free app without subscribing to the newsletter. For questions or privacy requests, contact the address above. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information and complain to your data protection authority, including the CNIL in France.
